~When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order. I am alone in running my business, so that's why shipping may take longer than you are used to. Please keep this in mind.

~When will my order be delivered?

The delivery times depend on where in the world your order needs to be delivered. I am based in the Netherlands, Europe, so it may to longer to arrive if you are ordering outside of Europe. Here are some rough delivery times depending on the location:

The Netherlands: 1-2 business days

Europe: 1-6 business days

UK: 6-8 business days

Australia: 9-13 business days

America: 9-20 business days *

Rest: 10-20 business days

*Due to the high tariffs it will not be possible to order from the USA. We are working on a solution! Please keep an eye on my socials for updates.

~What are the shipping prices?

Your delivery costs depend on the weight of the package, and the location it needs to be shipped to. When checking out it will automatically calculate what your shipping costs are going to be. Because your order is being shipped from the Netherlands, it could be that your package will be subjected to additional costs like tariffs and import duties. Unfortunately, you are responsible for paying those extra costs, so please keep this in mind when ordering from outside Europe.

~Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before the order has been shipped.

~Can I return my order?

Yes, in certain circumstances you can notify me about your return wishes within 14 days of delivery. Then you can ship the order back to me within 14 days of me confirming the return. You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to get the package back to me. After the package is received, you will receive the full order amount, minus the shipping costs. I will always have to confirm the return of the order!

If you return the order, please package it in the original packaging, and make sure it's well protected. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

For custom-made orders I cannot accept a return.

~Will I receive a track and trace to follow my order?

Yes, you will always receive a track and trace when your order has been shipped. The link will be send to you by e-mail. You will be able to follow the package all the way to your doorstep.

~Are all the products handmade?

Yes they are! I make all the products by hand. This also means not all products will be the same or "perfect". But that definitely adds to the charm!

~My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

I'm so sorry your order arrived damaged. Please reach out to me though the website, or send an e-mail to [email protected]

Please provide photo's of the damaged item(s) and shipping packaging, including the shipping label, your name, order number and e-mail address. I will reach out to you as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue!
